This wine shop is exactly what I wish existed in my neighbourhood. A small shoe-box space but filled to the rafters with natural wine. From the Loire to the Languedoc, Burgundy to the Rhone, the very knowledgeable Sebastien Bercot is sure to have what you need.

Prices range from 6.50 euros to upwards of fifty so you’re also sure to find something that fits your budget. Very nice selection of well-priced magnums too.

Whites, rosé and Champagne available chilled. Small selection of whiskies, rums and other spirits too.

Look out for free tastings that occasionally happen on the weekend or for events such as the Beaujolais Nouveau release.

Jura – still so much to be discovered

I was in the Jura region last month on a quick getaway with my boyfriend and the dog. It was not my first time in the region, but it was my first stay long enough to develop a decent understanding of the land, its people and their wine. The Jura is in a small pocket […]
